He makes things look natural for him on the field. He's got good hands and concentration in traffic. He does special things with the ball in his hands, and a good portion of the offense was finding White and giving him a chance to make a play.

It doesn't take long to watch Hartings to see that he's got some elite talent and potential. He's incredibly competitive and was giving his team everything he had. It felt like he scored 20 TDs, because even when he was covered, he was open. His closing speed with the ball in the air and how hard he plays every single rep are what stood out most to me. He can play, he's got the skills, and he's going to be a problem for offenses sooner rather than later.

Wafzig has a live arm and can make some good throws. His throwing motion is natural, and he lets it rip. He can change arm angles and fit the ball into tight spots. When he gets on a roll and is feeling it, he's hard to stop. He was one of the few QBs who actually went through his reads properly most of the time and got the ball out on time. I like where he is right now development wise and think he's got a chance to be a good QB for years to come.

Greene has elite speed and can burn the defense over the top. He's a true deep-threat type receiver that you have to watch, even if you're just on the 40-yard line. He'll blow by the defender, and he's got good hands down the field. He made one of the better-looking TD grabs today on a streak up the sideline full speed. His release off the line is hard to slow, and that Kentuckiana team is going to be a tough out with him on the outside.

Burnette is a talented player with a good build. He's got a natural feel for how to operate in space and can get open at the top of his routes. He can play physically when he needs to, but he doesn't have to. His skillset is QB-friendly and can catch up to a ball as well as lay out and make the highlight-worthy grab. He had one of the best TD grabs of the day and is someone I'm excited to see play more on Day 2.

The first day of competition is complete, and right now we're taking a look at just a few of the guys who lit it up today and made the most of their opportunities.
