Film Room Friday: Top Prospects This Week

He's quick off the snap and has impressive speed and power he uses to instantly put OL on their heels. Davis is constantly in the backfield making plays. He's terrific against the run, consistently closing up rushing lanes all by himself to make tackles for loss. </em></p> <!-- /wp:paragraph --> <!-- wp:paragraph --> <p><em>On top of that, Davis is just as productive as a pass rusher. He's an instinctual defender who combines his speed and IQ to create huge turnovers at any given moment. He's so good with his timing, constantly flying in to get hands on the ball and force INTs/PBUs. On top of that, he's a reliable run defender who can tackle in open space, making him a really valuable piece of Scottsboro's secondary.</em></p> <!-- /wp:paragraph --> <!-- wp:paragraph --> <p><em>At WR, Vaden does a great job using his speed, burst, and change of direction to create explosive plays out wide. He's a serious threat with the ball in his hands- it's easy for him to make defenders miss, and once he turns upfield, he is near impossible to catch up to."</em></p> <!-- /wp:paragraph --> <!-- wp:paragraph --> <p>Vaden is picking up momentum on the recruiting trail, listing offers from Murray State and Chattanooga over the last few weeks.</p> <!-- /wp:paragraph --> <!-- wp:paragraph --> <p>Be sure to check out some of Vaden's film below. He has serious arm strength, impressive accuracy, and a natural gift to deliver throws on the run. Key does a great job fitting passes into tighter windows and excels with his ball placement on tougher, further down the field throws.</em></p> <!-- /wp:paragraph --> <!-- wp:paragraph --> <p><em>I'm most impressed with how Key maneuvers the pocket. He's fantastic at avoiding pressure and keeping plays alive, creating something from nothing every chance he gets. Overall, I think Key is stepping into a fantastic situation next season. We all need to watch out."</em></p> <!-- /wp:paragraph --> <!-- wp:paragraph --> <p>Key has a ton of potential and is set up for a huge year over at Russell County. I'm excited to see what he does for them moving forward. I think he'll have a breakout season this fall. He has a gifted arm, is great at seeing the field, and accurately hits his targets in stride regardless of where they're located.</em></p> <!-- /wp:paragraph --> <!-- wp:paragraph --> <p><em>I'm really impressed with how Toodle can attack the deeper and middle portions of the field. He has really impressive accuracy and can hit his teammates right between the numbers despite heavy coverage. I can't wait to watch him next season.
