Potts is another player who has the ability to affect the game with both his arm and as a runner. Potts got in a play in week one varsity action where he showed the ability to operate the zone read. He carries out a strong fake handoff, sees the defensive end bite, pulls it and has a strong run where he explodes up field for a 15-yard gain. As a thrower Potts loves the deep ball and does a great job of making the intermediate and deep throws.

Aris was impressive early and often. His arm is massive and his throwing motion is effortless. Right from the beginning, he was putting throws on the money downfield. He was extremely aggressive, showing just how confident he was in being able to put the ball where it needed to be. Nothing downfield was off limits. This mixed with his physical stature and processing ability made him one of the standout performers of the day without question.
