4A Washington Mid Season All State- 1st/2nd Team "O"

The Midseason All State Offense and Defense is done in collaboration with Andrew Nemec. This is NOT just a recruiting-based list although most of the individuals listed are ranked among the top athletes in their respective regions. As with most all state lists, team success is a heavy factor in whether or not an individual is selected. Have a look at the breakdown summarizing the Washington 4A team.          *Please note there will be extended 1st & 2nd team selections in lieu of 3rd team or honorable mention picks.            OFFENSIVE SUMMARY: Last year's SPSL POY as a freshman [player_tooltip player_id='984855' first='AJ' last='Tuivaiave'] could rank as one of the top QB's ever to come out of the state. Montana commit [player_tooltip player_id='1165423' first='Brady' last='Jay'] of Moses Lake has one of the most ridiculous stat lines that we've seen in some time with 41 TD's & 1 INT. [player_tooltip player_id='1969013' first='Blake' last='Moser'] is a baseball standout and more of a breakout performer at Lake Stevens with 19 TD's/4 INTs.    The 3* [player_tooltip player_id='987161' first='Lance' last='McGee'] has absolutely killed it and will likely be a 20+ TD guy while averaging 9 yards per carry. [player_tooltip player_id='985352' first='Briytan' last='Bailey'] is only a sophomore and one of the fastest rising prospects in the region. He is a big reason for top ranked Puyallup's success, averaging 8.4 yards per carry with 11 TDs through 6 games. [player_tooltip player_id='1128444' first='Max' last='Jones'] was a 1st team all-state guy last year and is doing his thing, with [player_tooltip player_id='1568783' first='Myles' last='Johnson'] of Eastlake running wild even though it's been a tough season for the team. 2x 1st team all-conference RB [player_tooltip player_id='1165376' first='Jonah' last='Keller'] will be your POY favorite in the GSL.    From an athlete standpoint [player_tooltip player_id='985348' first='Jayce' last='Halasz'] has good numbers but it's more of his ceiling that helps him grab 1st team all-state honors. [player_tooltip player_id='1969012' first='Lawson' last='Looker'] has been a killer for the Vikings, averaging 27.6 yards per catch with 7 TD's while just routing DB's. Bellevue's [player_tooltip player_id='986705' first='Dreson' last='Jimerson'] is one of the fastest athletes on the west coast and will make a significant jump up the rankings board when updated.    [player_tooltip player_id='1188109' first='Braylon' last='Pope'] continues to prove he's one of the top receivers for his class nationally. His touchdown catch against maybe the top DB in America Josiah Molden gives credence to that. To me [player_tooltip player_id='937738' first='Kase' last='Betz'] should be a Washington 4A POY favorite. He has been off the charts good since his freshman season, averaging 16.5 yards per catch with 20 TDs for his career thus far.    I would expect the 6-5 Junior [player_tooltip player_id='1188105' first='J'Isaiah' last='Mitchell'] to blow up on the recruiting front over the off season. He's a big-time national recruit. [player_tooltip player_id='1368318' first='Michael' last='Kori'] of Kamiakin has added multiple offers over the last few months and is one of the most versatile athletes anywhere in the West. [player_tooltip player_id='1679407' first='Seth' last='Price'] of Lake Stevens has been one of the most impressive players statewide, grabbing 28 balls for 446 yards (15.9 ypc) and 7 TDs through 6 games. Last but not least [player_tooltip player_id='1655930' first='Ramzak' last='Fruean'] who is headed to a major P4 school to play LB but has been unstoppable at the TE spot.    The line speaks to the youth movement within the state with numerous underclassmen excelling. It's tough to beat a team with a solid line which is part of Puyallup's dominance. [player_tooltip player_id='1188082' first='Gecova' last='Doyal'] is on pace to be a 20+ offer guy. He has probably had the best season of any O lineman in the state. His teammates [player_tooltip player_id='1338208' first='Marley' last='Malotumau'] and [player_tooltip player_id='643215' first='Preston' last='Liberal'] round out an elite trio for the Vikings.    I've been hollering [player_tooltip player_id='569907' first='Ayden' last='Bullinger']'s name since his freshman season, already being a 2x time all area lineman. His counterpart Solovaa Steffany has just been wrecking people up front as a sophomore.
