The senior routinely wins his reps with advanced hand-fighting technique, swiping linemen out of position and collapsing the pocket with power. Once he sheds blocks, Williams is relentless in pursuit, closing with force and finishing plays with the kind of strength that changes momentum.

His production backs up the film. Williams posted 13 sacks and 18 tackles for loss this season, consistently living in opposing backfields and disrupting game plans. With a blend of physicality, technique, and motor, Williams has emerged as one of Maryland’s most impactful senior edge defenders.

Jaidon is an edge rusher for Franklin who racked up 11.5 sacks last season. He shows the ability to bend the edg and flatten down the line. Jaidon has quick feet and good hips that allow him to beat OL and get to the ball quickly. He plays with a high motor and has a nose for the ball. A TFL and sack machine, expect Jaidon to lead the Franklin defense in those this fall. Paired with the rest of Franklin’s DL they have all aspects of rush covered. Jaidon will be the speed rush threat that is a handful for OL to keep from getting to the QB. Another high academic prospect out of Franklin, look for colleges to take notice when he continues those high sack numbers in 2025.
