The OL group in the Class of 2028 is not lacking any depth. It is also still seeing a lot of battling for the top spots in the Class. One such OL working his way towards being a top OL in the Class is Menasha’s Noah Kiley Noah Kiley 6'4" | 265 lbs | OL/DL Menasha | 2028 State WI . The 6’4″ 255 lbs ’28 has two camps remaining on his slate with the Whitewater Mega Camp and the NDSU team camp. I was able to get to the Whitewater camp last year, and hope to return this summer. That would be a great environment for the rising ’28 to showcase where he is at physically. Looking back to where he was in 2025, the varsity left tackle plays on a talented pair of feet. Feet that easily get him to his target and in proper leveraging. They also are able to churn through blocks to move men and the ’28 is a natural at using his length to gain control throughout battles. I’m very excited to see the buzz he could create this summer.

Noah is one of the OTs in this Class that excites me for what could be ahead of him. He has a frame that is oozing with potential. The length to play OT is there and the 255 lbs is so easily carried on his frame, showing that he will be able to continue to pack on the size and strength over the coming years and at the college level. His best trait currently is the athleticism that he brings to the position. That athleticism has made his pass blocking very effective. Noah is morphing into that dancing bear who can naturally get deep into his pass set or get up to level two and react quickly to counter pass rush moves. He pairs that with well placed hand strikes. As he becomes even more of a physical bully the sophomore is only going to get more enticing for the next level. Big things ahead for the OT.

The ’28 has a long, lean frame that will be able to carry plenty more weight over the coming years. Right now the underclassman wins with athleticism and turning quickness into power. Noah is quick out of his stance and into his man, getting his hands in good position, dropping his hips, and driving through the DL. I was able to watch the sophomore OL drive the big Sheboygan North IDL out of gaps on multiple occasions. Noah is just scratching the surface on what he can grow into and the power he can bring to the field to match that athleticism. Get Noah on your boards.
