I like that Novak’s junior highlight video cuts out any fat. It’s 24 seconds of him beating opponents on crisply-run routes and delivering difficult catches. Novak combines the size to make plays over top of defenders with speed to get by them. Mount Pleasant graduated its two leading pass catchers from a year ago, and Novak looks like a guy who could thrive with more opportunity this coming season. His skill set also would play well on defense and special teams.
