His length stands out with a frame to add significant mass to. Culicerto is raw mechanically as a passer, but if he can be developed in that aspect, he may earn D2 interest and is a great D3 prospect. The Tigers will need Culicerto to have a big year if they want to take a step forward and get a playoff victory.
