His ability to set the edge and force run plays inside is good. He has a great understanding of how the game of football works, and he always seems to be in the right place at the right time. He also shows a motor that never quits as he is constantly chasing plays all over the field. Tillman also shows good pass-rush moves from his edge position. He does a great job in his stance and the way he backpedals from that stance. He also does a nice job of reading the play and then making the proper read on when and where the ball is being thrown. Then he shows good closing speed by breaking on passes thrown in his direction. Lastly, Baleno is a good tackler who tackles well in the open field. He is an excellent run blocker who has a good ability to block in many different types of run schemes. He shows a good ability as a combo blocker on double teams. He is also excellent at pulling. He does a nice job of pulling and kicking out defenders. As a tight end, he does a solid job of blocking on the edge. He holds up well blocking defenders on the edge, where he has good athleticism and strength to block. As a down blocker, he did struggle at times, but with an offseason in the weight room, he should improve in this area. As a tight end, he shows good ability catching the ball and gaining extra yards. Then he has film as a slot receiver, and he shows excellent ability after the catch. As an edge defender, he is excellent at flying upfield and making plays. When he explodes off the ball and attacks offenses, he is excellent, but when an offensive tackle locks onto him and drives him off the ball, he seems to struggle. He just needs to get stronger in this area. As an off-ball linebacker, he is excellent. He shows good instincts and knows how to cover running backs out of the backfield.
