Papushak is someone I see a lot of potential in. Working with QB trainer Brad Maendler, I can see that his track record of starting success is prevalent, and his film shows many good things already. His arm talent is twitchy but explosive. He can make plays on the run and is a very creative scrambler who can make defenders miss. He can run the RPO game and is impressive in his pre-snap processing. With a graduation at the quarterback spot for Berea-Midpark, Papushak could see himself as the starter this season.

Maxwell will be someone to look out for in 2025. He played very few snaps at quarterback for Perrysburg's varsity team this season, but he'll be next in line for the starting job. He's a three-sport athlete who excels in basketball and baseball. Brady will profile as a true dual-threat quarterback. His arm is good and can be a weapon to push the offense downfield. He can be patient with the ball and typically shows off sound post-snap processing. He works well in the quarterback-designed run game as he has good vision and decision-making while running with the ball. Brady can make a name for himself in our state this upcoming season.

Cannady is a prospect who needs more shine. He's a D6 prospect who put up a productive season with a team that saw success under his time starting. He is an efficient player who can take throws given to him. He can play on time and be quick with getting the ball out. He can operate out of the shotgun and under center. Small-school football fans in the Cincinnati area will need to know of Cannady as we approach the season.

Parker already has a season under his belt and led Lima Central Catholic to an 8-4 season. He has a big arm on him and excels at getting vertical. He has good mobility and can get creative on the run. I like his frame a lot, and has good size to be a great quarterback prospect. We'll have to see the progression from Brady and D7 Lima Central Catholic, but I like what he's already shown.

McGlumphy is an impressive athlete. He can scramble, run the designed quarterback run game, and throw on the move. His arm isn't huge, but he can accurately get the ball downfield when he has time and room to step into his throw. I'm excited to see what Buckeye Trail can do next year during Drew's junior campaign.

McCullough will be someone to monitor this season. He transferred from D3 Maumee to D2 St. John's Jesuit over the offseason. He can get vertical and with accurate ball placement. He has good size and athleticism to run the football from shotgun. He does well with making plays off balance and is relatively creative. It'll be interesting to see how he fares this coming season as St. John's Jesuit plays a very tough schedule.
