Tracy was knocked out of the game during the first half of this in-person scout in Week 2 of the 2025 season. He returned and helped his team to victory. The senior complete nine of 13 passes for 132 yards and a touchdown against an interception, which came on a ball deflected at the line. He added 40 yards and a score on the ground. The performance pretty well encapsulated what Tracy has in his tool box. He commands the offense, is an accurate passer that puts good zip on the ball and makes plays with his legs. He can gash defenses on designed runs or by keeping plays alive off-schedule before hitting open receivers. Tracy is a strong leader willing to do whatever it takes to win.

Tracy made the best of some difficult situations with the snap on Friday, as the Regals are still working out the kinks of consistency in the center-to-quarterback transfer.
When things go off-script, Tracy uses his dual-threat capabilities to escape the pocket and make some tough throws on the run. With a little bit of Will McElvain in his game (shout out UNI fans, circa 2019-2020), Tracy can tuck it and run or make tight-window throws for gains. One of the primary beneficiaries of the talent on the Regina roster, Tracy is the engine that makes the whole thing go.
But, when he did catch the snap and the Regina offense was able to operate without any issues to start a play, things went smoothly. Tracy is clearly a veteran and the leader of the offense, orchestrating each and every play the Regals run. He throws a tight, catchable ball and puts it only where his receiver can go get it.
