Recruiting Report 4/14- Newest Offers and Commitments

As we head further into the offseason, the recruiting world only keeps moving.   Today we are highlighting some of the newest offers and visits across the state- these prospects are killing it on the recruiting trail right now and won't be stopping anytime soon.   As always, check out their tape below- we have so much talent here in Alabama, and you won't want to miss these prospects before they're off to the next level!    [player_tooltip player_id='1638012' first='Ben' last='Moseley'] is a dominant TE out of Cherokee County who has seen his recruitment take off this offseason.   Moseley is a physical blocker up front who creates huge opportunities for his teammates on the ground- at 6'5 210 he has great size, moves really well, is strong, and can help open up rushing lanes at the line of scrimmage and beyond.   Moseley is just as reliable as a pass catcher- with his size and athleticism he's a tough-to-guard matchup for DBs who can quickly gain separation, has great hands, and can haul in impressive receptions all over the field.   Moseley was really productive all season long, creating tons of huge blocks and finishing his junior season with 11 receptions for 260 yards and 3 TDs.   Moseley has found more success on the recruiting trail since our last update. Last week, he announced he had picked up offers from Wake Forest, Duke, Air Force, and Army.      [player_tooltip player_id='466867' first='Carter' last='Feagin'] is an up-and-coming 2027 WR out of McAdory who has teams at the next level already taking notice.   Feagin is a dominant pass catcher capable of attacking every level of the field- he's highly athletic, plays with great speed and twitch, and can create huge plays with the ball in his hands. Feagin is a talented route runner who easily gains separation downfield, has a great set of hands, and can create big plays after the catch with how quick he is.   What impressed me most was seeing how well Feagin performed in contested situations- he does a great job fighting off defenders for passes and frequently brings in huge receptions downfield over the tops of DBs.   Feagin was dominant all of last season, ending his sophomore year with 58 receptions for 1033 yards and 6 touchdowns.   Late last week, Feagin picked up another offer, this time from Southern Miss! Watch out for Feagin going forward, he's a talented player with a big year ahead.      [player_tooltip player_id='1604813' first='Dominic' last='White'] is a talented WR out of Minor who has seen his recruitment take over the past few months.   White is a big threat on the outside- he has great speed and acceleration he uses to completely cook opposing DBs downfield, opening up massive opportunities for his team's passing attack. White is just as productive underneath and off of screen passes- he's a quick route runner who can beat you at multiple levels of the field and after the catch.   White is really talented with the ball in his hands- he can make defenders miss, step out of tackles, and provide a ton of explosive plays at the WR position.   White made plays all over the field last fall- ending his season with 31 carries for 224 yards and 4 touchdowns, 24 receptions for 373 yards and 6 touchdowns, and 2 kickoff returns for touchdowns on the season.    White has made a name for himself this offseason and had another offer head his way last week, this time from South Alabama!      [player_tooltip player_id='1068557' first='Cason' last='Myers'] is a talented QB out of Pike Road who has been terrific for their offense the last two years.   At 6'2 190, Myers is an impressive passer who can put the ball anywhere on the field. He has some serious arm talent- he can push the ball downfield, accurately lead and hit his WRs in stride, and has a careful understanding of his team's offense that allows him to consistently keep the ball safe.   It's even more impressive watching how well Myers maneuvers the pocket- he's great at avoiding pressure and keeping his eyes downfield to keep plays alive, consistently working great under duress. Myers is also mobile and can create big plays with his legs if necessary- he consistently finds ways to keep the chains moving every snap, it's really impressive to watch   Myers has seen his recruitment open up a lot this offseason, and just this past week, he announced he had picked up a new offer from Georgia Southern. Myers is a top 2027 QB in the state and has a huge senior year ahead, be sure to look out for him this fall.      [player_tooltip player_id='1603658' first='Aaden' last='Shamburger'] is a talented QB out of Spanish Fort who put the state on notice last fall with how well he played for the Toros.   Shamburger is a highly athletic dual-threat QB capable of making huge plays with his arm and legs. Shamburger is really quick on his feet, plays with great speed, and consistently makes defenders miss and follows his blockers to create big plays on the ground.   Shamburger is really proficient as a passer- he's quick at reading the field, has impressive arm talent, and can make some difficult throws all over the field. I'm most impressed with how quickly Shamburger gets the ball out, he quickly finds open targets and gets the ball to them before pressure can arrive almost every dropback.   Shamburger had a big year last fall, ending his junior year with 79-132 completions for 853 yards and 8 touchdowns through the air, and 84 carries for 701 yards and 6 TDs on the ground.   Shamburger has started to see his recruitment open up this offseason and found more success last week, picking up an offer from Murray State. Watch out for Shamburger this fall, he's a talented passer with a huge senior year ahead of him!      [player_tooltip player_id='1352636' first='Kamhariyan' last='Johnson'] is a dominant EDGE out of Muscle Shoals who has become a top-ranked recruit in the nation over the last two years.   Johnson is a destructive force in the trenches who causes chaos in the backfield nearly every snap. Johnson does a great job using his size and athleticism to set the edge- he consistently beats offensive linemen to meet the ball carrier at or behind the line of scrimmage, resulting in massive run stops.   As a pass rusher, Johnson is incredibly quick off the snap, has a deep bag of rush moves, and flies by offensive tackles to consistently gain pressure and rack up sacks on the quarterback.   Johnson was incredibly productive all season long for Muscle Shoals- ending the year with 47 tackles (13 for loss), 11 sacks, 32 hurries, and one forced fumble.    After garnering attention from top programs across the nation, Johnson announced last week he had committed to Alabama! It's been awesome covering Johnson these last few years- be sure to watch out for him this fall, he has a huge senior year on the horizon!      [player_tooltip player_id='283575' first='Rhys' last='Dorsey'] is a talented ATH out of Bob Jones who put together one of his best seasons yet last fall.   Dorsey is super quick and plays with a ton of twitch and speed at WR- he's a terrific route runner who easily gains separation and can outrun entire defenses with his top-end speed. It's really impressive watching how Dorsey navigates the field after the catch- he's excellent at making defenders miss, has great contact balance, and works to gain every possible yard.   As for his hands, Dorsey is incredibly reliable- he can haul in tough-to-catch passes through contact, over the tops of DBs, and is a threat to come down with the ball at any spot on the field.   Dorsey ended last season with 41 receptions for 753 yards and 11 touchdowns on offense, and a massive 99-yard pick-six and fumble recovery on defense.   Dorsey made a huge announcement on Twitter as I was writing this article- he's now a future Memphis Tiger! Huge congratulations to Dorsey, he's a terrific ATH with a massive senior year ahead for Bob Jones.
