[player_tooltip player_id="39049" first="Tayven" last="Jackson"], 6’4, 185 pounds, Center Grove
[player_tooltip player_id="39049" first="Tayven" last="Jackson"] has remarkable athletic ability and he is very composed as a passer. The Tennessee commit moves around extremely well and he can make great throws both from the pocket and while on the move. Jackson throws a very good ball. He sets his feet properly and drives the throw right on target. Jackson is such a good decision maker. He does not get careless with the football, so, while he can produce big plays at any moment, [player_tooltip player_id="39049" first="Tayven" last="Jackson"] does not throw costly interceptions. Jackson’s mobility will also put a lot of pressure on the defense. [player_tooltip player_id="39049" first="Tayven" last="Jackson"] can be a cornerstone for the Volunteers and he can make an impact right away in Knoxville.
[player_tooltip player_id="39047" first="Brady" last="Allen"], 6’5, 200 pounds, Gibson Southern
[player_tooltip player_id="39047" first="Brady" last="Allen"] is an outstanding pocket-passer quarterback. Allen, who is committed to Purdue, has great composure inside the pocket. He goes through his reads and finds the open receiver. Allen has tremendous arm talent. He can drive the football to any spot on the field. His throwing mechanics are very good. [player_tooltip player_id="39047" first="Brady" last="Allen"] is very purposeful when running the offense. He knows where the ball needs to go, but he does not force things. Allen keeps the offense moving and he finds ways to put points up on the board.
[player_tooltip player_id="98010" first="Clark" last="Barrett"], 6’5, 215 pounds, Central Catholic
[player_tooltip player_id="98010" first="Clark" last="Barrett"] is an elite pocket-passer. Barrett throws a great deep ball. His arm strength can test any defensive backfield at any time. I really like how relaxed he looks in the pocket. Barrett takes his time, goes through his reads and he does not get put off by the pass rush. [player_tooltip player_id="98010" first="Clark" last="Barrett"] shows a very high football IQ. Barrett’s tape also shows that he is a quarterback that is in constant command of the offense.
[player_tooltip player_id="98012" first="Chris" last="Mullen"], 6’4 185 pounds, Chesterton
[player_tooltip player_id="98012" first="Chris" last="Mullen"] is a physically-imposing dual-threat quarterback. Mullen has good arm strength and he is a very accurate passer. He can also hurt defenses with his legs. [player_tooltip player_id="98012" first="Chris" last="Mullen"] does a great job running the read-option as well as designed quarterback runs. However, he uses speed effectively when trying to extend the play. His improvisation skills are incredible. Mullen does a good job getting outside of the pocket. While doing so, Mullen keeps his eyes down field and can make the right throw or he can take off and run for a good pick up. [player_tooltip player_id="98012" first="Chris" last="Mullen"] is an exciting player, who can give energy to the entire team.
