Power House 5v5: 6A and 5A Offensive Linemen

On March 8, 2025, the Power House 5v5 tournament was hosted by Tuni Kanuch in Salt Lake City. There were impressive performers and below are some snippets from some players that caught the eye on the offensive side and in the 6A and 5A regions.    At the 2025 Power House 5v5 event, Aloisio was very impressive. He showed great technique, quick off the line, active hands, and physicality. He had excellent footwork, bend at the hip and showed his athleticism by moving well laterally and kept speedy edge rushers in front of him and wasn't grabby. One of the premier offensive linemen for the 27 class     At the 2025 Power House 5v5 event, Benjamin showcased great footwork and technique. Quick active hands along with a good first step allowed him to do exceptionally well at this event. Benjamin showed good strength and moved well laterally.     At the 2025 Power House 5v5 event, Cruz showed great size and quickness. He consistently had a great first step to get into position and gain leverage over the rusher. Cruz had the physicality and strength to keep his position and the lateral quickness to keep speedy rushers in front of him. He had an excellent showing at the event.     At the 2025 Power House 5v5 event, Matthews had a good showing. He had a quick first step off the line and kept a good base against his man. He showed excellent strength and great technique. He moved well laterally and made a good showing. A name who will rise in the 28 class.     At the 2025 Power House 5v5 event, Chadwick had a tremendous showing. He has an excellent quick first step to go along with his frame. He uses his athleticism to keep his man in front of him and his physicality to hold and gain his position. Chadwick showcases good technique to go along with his excellent frame. He'll only continue to get better. He's making himself known as one of the better linemen in the state for the 2028 class.     At the 2025 Power House 5v5 event, Godfrey showed great technique and footwork. He used good hand technique and positioning to maintain leverage and win his matchups. Godfrey didn't reach or get out of positioning and kept a good base throughout. Good technical performer with a solid base. Exactly what you want to see in an environment like this     At the 2025 Power House 5v5 event, Thorne had a very impressive showing. He had a good base, never reached, showed great footwork to keep his man in front of him, had great lateral movement, and never looked overmatched. Thorne showed good physicality and hand-fighting. His strength was on full display, as was his technique. It was an excellent showing for Thorne.     At the 2025 Power House 5v5 event, Stockebrand showcased a great base with good bend. He had great footwork and movement to keep his man in front of him and used his strength and leverage to win. Stockebrand had good physicality and used his frame to his advantage. He didn't reach or lose his base during the event. Stockebrand uses his technique to win and his speed and strength to finish off his man. It was quite an impressive showing and will be a riser.       At the 2025 Power House 5v5 event, Hasson showed great quickness and physicality. He is quick with his first step and has brute strength. Hasson has an excellent base and his technique is great. He stayed within himself and never overreached or put himself in a disadvantageous position. Hasson will be a riser and made the most out of his reps.     At the 2025 Power House 5v5 event, Jessop showcased excellent footwork and lateral quickness. He has a great first step and an excellent base and bend at the hip. Jessop used his physicality to finish off reps and was quite impressive throughout the day. He is an athletic lineman who showed he can win with speed and with physicality. Jessop won many reps easily and will be a riser in the rankings     At the 2025 Power House 5v5 event, Jacobson showed great hand technique and physicality. He had reps where he stonewalled his man and made his reps look easy. His offseason training has honed his craft. Jacobson has a sturdy frame with good footwork and good lateral movement. His athleticism came through and he had an excellent event. He showcased why he is one of the better guards in the state for the 2026 class.     At the 2025 Power House 5v5 event, Matheson put together a great showing. He has a quick first step that gains positioning and he uses that footwork to move well laterally and his hand-fighting technique is excellent. Matheson kept his man in front of him and used his physicality to hold his position. He has a strong base and moves exceptionally well.     At the 2025 Power House 5v5 event, Nusi had an excellent base and displayed his physicality throughout the day. He doesn't reach, stays centered, and exerts his dominance at will. Nusi was quite impressive for most of the day. He has good footwork and moves well laterally for a man his size.     At the 2025 Power House 5v5 event, Schuck showed crisp footwork and moved well laterally. He has good technique, quick hands, and uses his footwork to maintain his leverage. Schuck has excellent size and uses the combination of that and footwork to win his reps. Good showing from him.
