About Colt

How would you briefly describe your gameplay style?

Athletic Defensive Edge/End that bends extremely well. He has a high motor and finishes well. He is a technician who uses his strengths very well. He is a very high-IQ player. He is very coachable and a natural leader on the field. He has great feet and uses his hands very well. He routinely makes big plays. He is a consistent player and is a three-year starter for a State championship-level team.

Can you provide a brief description of your mentality or personality?

Colt is very intelligent and perceptive. He chooses his words with discernment. He leads by example. He understands the "big picture" of the entire defense and offense. He spends a lot of time studying film. Those same traits are evident in the classroom. He carries a 4.3 GPA. He takes all AP and Dual Enrollment classes.

Are you involved in any clubs, organizations, or have you received any non-sport awards?

Whenever the Eagles defense was on the field, this senior disruptor stood out. McClary had a standout day as he constantly played in the USJ backfield. Whether he was making plays against the run or sacking the quarterback, the Eagles edge rusher was everywhere making problems for the Bruins. McClary sits unsigned post signing day but whoever lands him in February could be getting a steal with a lot of upside left to be fulfilled.
