His ability to play both sides of the ball enhances his overall skill set, giving him a well-rounded understanding of the game. Off the snap, Romero is exceptionally quick, using his explosive first step to gain an advantage. He delivers a strong initial punch, sheds blocks effectively, and showcases excellent hand usage to keep linemen off balance. His ability to finish tackles with power and precision makes him a force in the trenches. Given his size, strength, and technique, I see him as an interior defensive line role at the next level, where he can dominate against the run and collapse the pocket.

 Last Saturday was an up and down day for Romero but overall, this Mid-TN lineman showed me enough to say that he has the potential to become a college guy somewhere down the road. Romero spent most of his day working on the O-line and that’s where a lot of his struggles showed up. He had some issues dealing with advanced pass rushing but was a quick learner and got better as the day went on. The Pats rising junior is an athletic guy that just needs more time and continued development honing his craft and I believe he will be just fine.
