McPherson’s ability to adjust quickly from standing in the pocket to maneuvering his way out of trouble to extend plays is second to none at his position in the state of Georgia. He has the ability to deliver the ball down field to his targets from the pocket, or he can get gone in a hurry to hurt defenses. He enters the 2026 season as one of the state’s best and as one of Rome High Footballs leaders.
Recruitment: McPherson has recently picked up offers from Navy, West Virgina, Marshall, Jax State University, East Carolina, Boston College, Georgia State and several more.
McPherson is committed to Duke University.
