Tancredi posted a four-minute-long sophomore tape on Hudl, one that showcases his prowess at safety. A DB with a linebackers mentality, love the authority Tancredi plays with when coming down to support the run from a two-high look. Does a great job being at the right place at the right time, he has a clear understanding of his assignment and how to work based on the offensive play call. A pound-for-pound tackler who held a fair share of splash plays to just 7-10 yard gains. Comfortable in single-high sets. Want to see more pass cover reps to rank him any higher than he currently sits. Great second line of defense for Carroll, I’m sure the coaching staff values having a trustworthy angle-taker and tackler in the secondary.
