Easily one of the best 2028s in the Mount Rushmore State in attendance at the Augustana Prospect Camp was Sioux Falls O’Gorman’s

. He showed off excellent seperation ability during the 1v1 reps I got to watch on Sunday and ran in the low 4.6s in the 40-yard dash as well which checked out, as Tanner ran a 10.74 100-meter dash during track season for the Knights. Tanner also showed off great hands during the reps I was able to watch on Sunday in Sioux Falls as you could quickly gauge the grow he’s made from his sophomore season into camp season along with growth with his route-tree on all three levels. He should be another one out of this group that gets a bump up our rankings from his camp season perfomance thus far.

Tanner was a wide receiver that got on our radar in this 2028 SD class from his performance at recent Prep Redzone Dakotas Showcase. The 6’0 160 pounder from O’Gorman, finished in our top-tier at our showcase amongst the WR group. He’ll show you on tape the twitch and quick seperation ability he can get at the top of his route which is why I feel he’s a top 50 overall prospect that could grow higher into this 2028 class. He boosts great hands for his age thru contact and that was something I recall from his performance in Aberdeen as well, as a WR that shows the mix of change of direction and speed you want in your WR room. Surely a 2028 to watch for the Knights in the 2026 season.

Another Sioux Falls Area wide receiver that impressed me and the college staffs in attendance was Sioux Falls O’Gorman 2028 wide receiver

. You might not find a ton of tape on Tanner, but the live eval was certainly eye-catching. I liked how Tanner processed with his instincts as a route-runner as one that seemed above his age group in that skillset. The more reps I felt this young man got, the better he got with shows a quick bar of development. He’s certainly a speedster to know in this 2028 WR class that ran a 11.03 (freshmen school record) 22.46 ( freshmen school record) and 400-meter dash 50.77 (freshmen school record) that has a high bar for speed off the top of his routes which we saw.
