2025 KY Stock Up Showcase: Offensive Skill Players to Watch

We have a very talented group of athletes signed up from the classes of 2025-28. With that being said, I wanted to preview some of the top players that I'm looking forward to watching compete this weekend. Jaudon is a skilled route runner, showing the ability to break down and change direction quickly and smoothly. He also has the speed to blow by opposing defensive backs on deep routes. Trimble is a very accurate passer, showing the ability to put the ball in a spot where only his intended receiver can catch it. He also has the arm strength to stretch the field in the deep passing game. He is coming off another strong season in which he caught 50 passes for 887 yards and 14 touchdowns. Tompkins is a dangerous threat in the deep passing game, using his speed to create separation with ease. He has also shown the ability to use smooth breaks in his routes to find openings in the secondary. He had an impressive junior year, leading his team with 50 receptions for 885 yards and 10 touchdowns. I'm intrigued to see how Noyola performs in both 1v1 drills and in the 40-yard dash as he is a track star and has shown that explosive speed on film. He is also a very reliable contested catch target, showing the athleticism to go up and catch passes at their highest point regardless of the coverage around him. Hanshaw had a very impressive sophomore year, rushing for 1,510 yards and 24 touchdowns. He is a very difficult back to defend in the open field as he has the speed to run right by defenders and the elusiveness to make them miss. Kadin has also shown that he is a reliable target in the passing game, finishing this past year with nine catches for 128 yards and two touchdowns. When watching his film, his big arm stands out the most as he has shown the ability to lead his receivers down the field with ease. He has also shown the ability to scramble outside the pocket while keeping his eyes down the field to make throws on the run. Smith put together another solid season as a junior, rushing for 522 yards and seven touchdowns. He is a very shifty back who also has the speed to run away from the defense once he hits the open field. Jaxen has also proven to be a dangerous threat in the passing game, catching 48 passes for 700 yards and 11 touchdowns this past season. Hagy is coming off an impressive first season of high school football in which he caught 28 passes for 435 yards and three touchdowns. Jace is an explosive playmaker in the open field which he has shown as both a receiver and a returner on special teams. He has the speed to simply run away from the defense and elusiveness to make defenders miss in the open field. Hagy doesn't currently hold any offers but he is an up and coming prospect who should be a player to keep an eye on over the next few years. </p> <!-- /wp:paragraph --> <!-- /wp:acf/evaluation-block -->
