PRZMN is very excited about the New Prague Trojans 2026 roster and 2027 class of prospects. The Trojans‘ QB, in particular, is one we are going to be keeping a very close eye on going forward.

proved at the 612Q’s Elite Academy Sunday session that he has as much arm talent as anyone in attendance. However, consistency was a big issue at times, but when DenHartog could put things together in terms of footwork and mechanics, his arm really popped and threw balls with as much accuracy and zip as anyone else in the group. Again, this is in an off-platform setting, so I’m not super concerned with it impacting his overall projection to the college level, as I think the New Prague product would be a great fit for a DIII and/or MIAC roster spot and eventual starting role! Keep an eye on New Prague this weekend at the state wrestling meet, as well as it’s plethora of multi-sporters this offseason camp circuit going into the 2026 season.

opened his season by going 15-for-22 for 214 yards and two touchdowns, both deep strikes to receiver Sawyer Jasperson. The duo hooked up eight times for 129 yards, including back-to-back post routes that beat zero coverage for scores. DenHartog was dotting up receivers all night, showing off placement at every level of the field. His arm talent is well-rounded, with both velocity to drive the ball and touch to drop it in stride. The deep ball is a real weapon. He throws it with confidence and precision, giving his receivers a chance to make explosive plays. He’s also a capable runner. Late in the fourth quarter, DenHartog broke loose for a 25-yard gain that set up a potential game-winning field goal. Though the kick was blocked, the run showed his athleticism and ability to extend drives with his legs when needed. What stands out from last year to now is his growth. Watching his tape shows a capable quarterback, but the improvement in timing, mechanics, and decision-making is clear. He looks more polished, more confident, and more in control of the offense.

Very few QBs raised their stock as much as DenHartog managed to do in just two hours. He was extremely impressive and is among those in the conversation for best showing. He was dotting up receivers all night, showing off well-placed throws at every level of the field. His arm talent looked well-rounded, as he showed off both solid touch and velo. I watched some of his sophomore tape, and I saw vast improvements to an already capable QB. He was also a very personable young man and is someone I could see having a very productive junior year. Keep an eye out for DenHartog this fall.
