When you have the talent to put your hand in the dirt both inside and outside, on top of standing up, things can get scary. Mekhi has the ability to do all the above. His get off is unfair going against offensive lineman who can’t get out of their stance. Then when he comes from depth as a linebacker, his hand combat is elite. Combine this with speed, body lean, and Mekhi’s physicality to disrupt whoever is in his way. This youngster is one of the few that can play on Friday nights now.
