Technically he is a new face. He made our initial 2028 rankings last spring and was in the top 12 back then. He left for Hawaii, but he is here and here to stay. He had a good season in Hawaii and has been excellent this offseason. He’s a defensive back that has good range, size, and the long limbs to disrupt passing lanes. He has good hips and is a player with good closing speed. He is an exciting talent and is a P4 recruit.
