As we approach the end of the month of October, we have now made it through ten weeks of high school football in the state of Kentucky. This has been an exciting football season and Week 10 was no exception with many impressive performances. While there was a lot of talent on display this past week, some players still find a way to stand out above the rest. With the offensive and defensive sides of the ball already being covered, here are my top performing ATH from Week 10 in the state of Kentucky who made an impact at multiple positions.

[player_tooltip player_id='971505' first='Dameyn' last='Anness'] is a player who has been on my radar for a while now and continued to impress last week. He had a very strong game out of the backfield in Ludlow's win over Covington Holy Cross, running the ball 14 times for 132 yards and a touchdown. Anness is an explosive runner, hitting the running lane with a sense of urgency then using his speed to run away from the defense. He also has the elusiveness to make defenders miss in the open field. Dameyn also led his team in receiving with four catches for 157 yards and made an impact on defense at linebacker, finishing the game with seven tackles, two tackles for loss, and a sack. Anness doesn't currently hold any offers but he is a player who college coaches should definitely have their eyes on.

[player_tooltip player_id='943538' first='Jax' last='Niece'] is another player who has been on my radar for a while now and continued to stand out this past Friday. He made a big impact on both sides of the ball in Estill County's win over Magoffin County. On defense, Niece lined up at linebacker where he was very impressive against the run. He does a great job of reading his keys and flowing to the ball carrier in a hurry to make the tackle in the open field. Niece finished the game with 17 tackles. He also came away with one interception and led his team in rushing with 11 carries for 34 yards and two touchdowns. Jax doesn't currently hold any offers but he should be a player to continue to watch this season.

Parker Crouch has had a strong sophomore year so far and continued to impress in Bath County's win over Fleming County last week. On offense, he led his team in rushing with 15 carries for 102 yards and two touchdowns. Crouch is a strong, downhill runner who has shown the ability to lower his shoulder and run straight through defenders without breaking stride. He also has the speed to run away from the defense on long runs. Crouch also made an impact on defense at linebacker, finishing the game with 10 tackles and an interception which he returned for a touchdown. Parker doesn't currently hold any offers but he should be a player to keep an eye on as he continues to develop.

[player_tooltip player_id='1517143' first='James' last='Cusick II'] is a player who has caught my attention this season and continued to stand out this past Friday. He played a key role on offense in Beechwood's win over Bracken County, catching nine passes for 120 yards and two touchdowns. Cusick is a dangerous deep threat, using his speed to blow by defensive backs with ease. He also has a high catch radius, showing the ability to use his athleticism to go up and catch the ball at its highest point. Cusick also returned one kickoff for a touchdown and made an impact on defense, finishing the game with eight tackles and an interception. James doesn't currently hold any offers but he has received some college interest and has the talent to play somewhere at the next level.

Hunter Angell jumped onto my radar with a strong performance in Carroll County's Week 10 victory over Gallatin County. He was very impressive out of the backfield, carrying the ball 21 times for 159 yards and two touchdowns. Angell has explosive speed which he uses to burst through the running lane with a sense of urgency then run away from the defense on long runs. He also has the elusiveness to make defenders miss in the open field. Angell also played a key role on defense, finishing the game with nine tackles, one tackle for loss, and a sack.
My final top performing ATH from Week 10 in the state of Kentucky is [player_tooltip player_id='1844349' first='Kenyon' last='Martin']. Martin was very impressive as a ball carrier in Caverna's win over Ballard Memorial, running the ball seven times for 103 yards and a touchdown. He is a strong runner, showing the ability to lower his shoulder and keep his legs churning through contact to break tackles without losing stride. Martin has also shown the speed to break away from the defense once he hits the open field. He also made an impact on defense, finishing the game with seven tackles, two tackles for loss, and two sacks. Kenyon doesn't currently hold any offers but he should be a player to continue to keep an eye on.
