Rivera added offers from Northern Arizona and Colorado St. in January. The top-ranked WR in PRZ NV’s 2026 rankings should expect to see his stock continue to rise with the explosive playmaking he showed for Spring Valley as a junior. He’s a high-level athlete with all the speed, twitch, and physical tools to develop into a prolific playmaker at the next level. Picked up his first offer from Cal back in October. Rivera’s athleticism and WR skillset should continue to draw D-I offers this offseason.

Rivera broke out as one of the state’s most explosive playmakers earning offensive MVP honors in Nevada’s 4A class as a junior. He’s an elite-level athlete with all the speed, twitch, and explosiveness to develop into a dynamic perimeter threat at the next level. Skilled route-runner that can release against press and soft coverage with deceptiveness and lightning-quick feet. Tracks and attacks the ball downfield with strong hands and is a constant home-run threat after the catch. Also showed some flashes of physicality and turnover production at FS this season. Rivera just picked up his first offer from Cal in October with more P-4 offers certain to come in this offseason.

Rivera picked up his first D-I offer from Cal this month. The breakout junior WR has established himself as one of the most explosive playmakers on the perimeter with the high-level combination of skill and athleticism he’s put on tape this season. He’s a well-rounded weapon that can produce home-run plays after the catch and possesses the twitch and fluidity to create separation on a consistent basis. Rivera’s an up-and-coming prospect that will certainly be adding more D-I offers in the coming months.
