Although we transition from one team that runs the Wing-T to another, Ridge’s Ryan Turner Ryan Turner 5'10" | 170 lbs | RB Ridge | 2025 State NJ is not their fullback. Turner was more of a wing or split back this last year due to the fact that he can move both quickly and fast. This allowed him to create separation in the open field last fall. Because Turner moves so fast, the most subtle movement allows him to make defenders look silly as he flies past them. I really liked how Turner keeps his feet moving to break numerous tackles. Making every effort to bust loose, Turner spins to evade defenders and has balance to not get tripped up. Not lost in this run-first-and-heavily offense was his ability as a receiver. Turner can make one-handed grabs, fully extend to catch the ball vertically, high points the rock, and uses his hands to catch it too.
