Tanner has been on the D1 radar for quite a while. Last April Lemaster committed to play tight end for the University of Kentucky. Lemaster is a versatile tight end who could be lined up in line or split out. There was a time where I thought Tanner may grow into an offensive tackle, but he’s kind of plateaued when it comes to his weight. He has good hands that he uses to catch the ball away from the body. When he gets the ball, he fights for tough yards and he not afraid to put his shoulder down and run someone over. I think Lemaster’s focus will be to continue to work on his explosiveness and long speed.
