With the recent 2026 rankings update for MD/DC/DE area prospects, we take a look at the Top OL players who cracked the overall top 50. The 2026 class has a strong showing from the offensive line, holding the #1 overall spot and 8 showing up in the top 50. This is a great group and it should only improve over the next year with a chance for more to enter the overall top 50, that is how deep the OL position is in this class.

Immanuel was a prospect I first saw back last last summer and he looked every bit the part of a National Prospect after seeing just a few plays from him. Donnie Zimmerman of National Preps went and got official verified measurements of Immanuel all the way back in August before he had any offers. Manny is all of 6'7" with 10" Hands, and an 88" wingspan which equals out to NFL level size and length. He is incredibly athletic player, he can bend, sink, and move his feet extremely well. You also have to remember this past fall was Immanuel's first year playing football as he was a basketball player at the SEED School before transferring to Georgetown Prep.

As an OT he has good pop off the snap and is able to stay low for a player with his height. Gets into the defenders chest and drives them out of the play as he displays great overall strength in both his top half and lower body. Manny plays with heavy heads and a powerful punch putting DL in the dirt. He has the aggressive, physical mentality you love to see out of OL prospects. Immanuel can easily get to the second level in combo blocking as he is light on his feet and takes good angles. Effective in multiple blocking schemes, able to down block, reach, pull, kick step in pass blocking...he does it all. Always keep a strong base, hands inside with nice hip roll and able to use his length well to keep DL away from his body.

Immanuel is also a high character kid and a player anyone would like to coach. He is a tough hard worker and extremely coachable, and has the desire to get better and improve. Immanuel is now a 20+ offer prospect and no doubt 5 star stud with plenty of room to still improve as he continues to learn the game. I see no way he loses this top spot in the 2026 class rankings for MD and could see him being the #1 National Recruit for his class.

https://twitter.com/immanueli24/status/1728148059027046725

Greg is a mauler of an offensive lineman and a big one at that standing all of 6'4" and 280lbs. He plays mean and nasty, always looking to bury defenders in the dirt. Mr. Maddox is a good athlete for his size as well. He fires off the snap with good pop and moves well, runs on his toes and can get out in space at full speed ready to barrel through any defensive player who gets in his way. Greg plays with good upper body strength getting into the DL's chest and overpowering them. Greg can play at either the tackle or guard position along the line. With him being a force in the run game along with his good movement and ability to pull, I like him best as a power OG at the next level.

Greg has double digit offers right now with six Power 4 offers so far and I expect that number do increase significantly after his junior season. As he improves his lower body strength and flexibility he has the ability to develop into a high end Power 4 lineman.

https://twitter.com/Greg_maddox52

Edward is a player I've seen since early in his freshman year and he camped at the National Preps Top Dawg Showcase last spring as a freshman as well. He is a nice size, versatile, athletic lineman who can do a lot of things well. An OL who can play multiple positions along the line and can fit a lot of different blocking schemes. Ed has the skill set to trap block, scoop, down, pin pull ,drive and combo block. There isn't much he can't do in the run game and shows good athleticism and footwork in pass blocking. A good athlete as well, he is quick out of his stance and can get going in a hurry out in space whether its getting up to the 2nd level or pulling around the edge and running down field. A high IQ player on the field Edward plays smart. You can see he reads the defenses alignment, takes good angles, and is always looking for someone to block and doesn't quit on a play. That doesn't surprise as he is a strong kid in the classroom as well, holding a 3.7 GPA.

I'd like to see Ed take that next step in being dominant, playing with some more aggressiveness at times, but that is no knock on his game. He is so well rounded he will only continue to develop nicely and expand on his abilities. Edward holds 8 total offers at the FBS/Power 4 level, and as more colleges see his strong skill set as a potential start and utility lineman - he will be racking up the offers!

https://twitter.com/3edwardbaker/status/1736524526731600065

Another player I've been seeing live since early on his freshman year when Jordan was starting for SJC as early as his first varsity scrimmage. He stood out then as a Major BCS prospect and he has gone on to prove that, holding double digit offers and being one of the top OL in the area. Jordan can play anywhere along the line but is best as an IOL at either OG or OC position. His beat skill is his mobility as he shows great feet. Jordan has natural footwork, light on his toes, and gets on his horse when he pulls. He shows great bend and flexibility as well, can sink his hips and has a strong punch. A do it all blocker, he shows the ability to skip pull, down block, reach block and get out to the 2nd level quickly. Multiple times I've seen him skip pull to the DE, get in his chest and drive him 10yds down the field. Effective in the pass game as well, Mr. Harrison has a nice kick step getting to his spot quickly and able to re-set on counter moves with his excellent footwork.

Jordan is an OL who plays through the whistle, is physical, nasty, and finishes his blocks. You don't see him quit on a play, he is a first frame / last frame, through the whistle type of player. Jordan is the type of player that any college program would love to have, so expect his recruitment to take off even more his junior year.

https://twitter.com/jordanharris007

Adrian is a nice sized lineman who could really shoot up rankings and recruiting with another strong junior season as he was a key member of St. Johns OL this past season. He is a mauler with strength and power who can also move and shows nice footwork. Adrian pops out of his stance and gets going quickly. Effective in pulling from the OT position, he also is strong in down blocking, reach blocking and a smooth kick step and set in pass pro. His frame and length should allow for him to develop his strength nicely. Adrian also plays with nasty and attitude. Does not hesitate to out out physical defenders and bury them in the dirt. He is a force from the snap and plays through the whistle.

Adrian is athletic enough to play OT for SJC but he will be best as an IOL at the next level with his ability to fit in multiple schemes as well as his ability to fire out and get going on his feet. Best way to describe Adrian as a lineman is he is a mauler who can move. Adrian recently just picked up offers from Wake Forest and Coastal Carolina to add to his double digit offer list he holds right now and that list will only continue to grow.

https://twitter.com/Adrianham1_/status/1724222588279304449

Lamarcus is a player I can't wait to see more of this upcoming fall, as he looks to have had some nice development in his game since the end of last season. He played OG for St. Frances for the 2023 season and he was dominant in the trenches. Showing nice upper body strength, Lamarcus consistently drove defenders down the field and out of the player. He is physical and tough, getting good leg drive and playing through the whistle. Lamarcus also shows he is a solid pull guard in trap blocks creating big holes for his RBs as he seals & takes out the DE. He is also strong in down and drive blocking using his strength and power.

From what I have seen from some summer work, Lamacrus has improved his body, gotten stronger in the lower half and really worked on his footwork. A more athletic, quick footed explosive Lamarcus would be a bad thing for defenses and could lead to a very strong junior season from him and possibly a big rankings riser in our next 26 rankings. He holds a strong list of Power 4 offers already but could reach some national attention soon with the work he has put in this offseason.

https://twitter.com/marcusdillard_

Watkins has great size for the position and has an ideal frame that will be a force once he develops his strength more. He played both OG and OT for St. Frances this past year but should mature into a true OT prospect. He plays with power and strength, getting into the defenders chest and driving them either into the ground or out of the play. John flashes good mobility, getting out in space at times running on his toes as well as solid lateral agility.

I'd like to see John work on his bend as he sometimes plays too high out of his stance. However with his size and strength there is no way he can't develop into a top level OT if he puts in the work and continues to develop his skill set. Multiple colleges already see that potential as he holds 8 total offers. John could be another player that if he takes the next leap as a player his junior season he could find himself rocketing up rankings list and recruiting boards.

https://twitter.com/johnwat123

Zion is a player I have seen a good bit of over the last year and have been impressed with him from the start. He has great size for an OG and is a nice combination of power and athleticism. Zion has a good strong lower half. He is a natural knee bender and can drop his hips and sink giving him good power through his hips. Zion also plays with nice quick feet, he can get them up and down quickly and flip his hips and go. This shows when he pulls; rapidly getting out of his stance and getting flat down the line with speed and power. A mauler in the run game, Zion also shows positive abilities in pass pro. Able to set with a strong base and use is athletic feet to re-set and move laterally keeping pass rushers from getting by him. Zion recently just picked up his first Power 4 offer from Syracuse, but more will come his way as he is poised to have a dominate junior year for DeMatha.

https://twitter.com/302Zion_
