Continue ReadingFoxx made a splash in 2024 after making a name for himself in the 2023 season with a few carries on the varsity squad. Last season he rushed for 1322 yards and 17 touchdowns. He had 3 games with over 200 yards and 5 games with 2 or more touchdowns. Foxx is a balanced back that is heavy for his current height, he’s a tough tackle in the box and has the explosiveness to break off long runs and chunk plays.
Ferguson is one of the leading prospects in the class listed as an athlete from his dominance on both side of the ball at DB and RB. He has good size and even better speed, he is quite accustomed to the Milford program after making his mark last season, expect him to have a number of explosive plays out of the backfield putting his track speed on display.

Runco made his way into the rotation for Severn and became the leading rusher, making the best of his opportunities. He’s a strong downhill runner who runs through arm tackles and fights for extra yards after contact. Last season he ran for 816 yards and 10 touchdowns, stats that are a good start to build on. After helping Severn to a conference championship Runco should be on the radar as a key weapon for the generals.

Johnson’s size and explosiveness make him a weapon on both sides of the ball. Offensively he rushed for 668 yards and 6 touchdowns, averaging 10 yards per carry. Just last month during outdoor track season Johnson qualified for New Balance Nationals in the triple jump. At 6’0 ft 195lbs, running a 4.65s 40-yard dash, with national caliber jumping ability, he’s developing into an elite all-around athlete, and with two more years to build on those numbers we could be looking at a D1 prospect for sure. Johnson has one D1 offer from in state Morgan State so far, I have no doubt that he will attract a few more D1 programs, it’s just a matter of time if he can continue to improve.

Seaton has been on my radar since his JV years, his talent has been clear, and his physical size is now aligning with the varsity level of the game. Seaton went from 170lbs to 190lbs and the difference shows, making him an even more dangerous weapon for Blake. Seaton has maintained his speed and elusiveness but added a new physicality to his game making him a well-rounded back that can run past, around, or through defenders. I’m looking forward to seeing what Seaton has in store for the 2024 season. So far, he has offers from Morgan State, Tennessee, and Maryland, watch for a positive leap in his recruiting stock by the end of the season.
