Several young men performed well and were recognized as top performers – we will take a look at the Quarterback Top Performers here.

Thomas Young - Greater Atlanta Christian - At 6'3 and 200 pounds, Thomas is a Class of 2025 prospect. A left-handed player, Thomas has a smooth delivery of the football with some nice arm strength. He delivered several beautiful passes during the 1 on 1 period, especially on the deeper routes. On his highlights, Thomas shows some good dual-threat ability as a runner - there is one clip where he just flat ran a defender over which gets you excited. Thomas should continue to gain college interest as we get into the heart of camp season.

[player_tooltip player_id='1449673' first='Christian' last='Myers'] - Porter Ridge - At 6'3 and 175 pounds, Christian is a Class of 2026 prospect. Christian's performance here is an exciting thing - coming into this showcase, I think Christian had a lot to prove after a highly touted player led the Pirates the last couple of years at the quarterback spot. I think Christian has the tools - a strong arm, fundamentally sound, and the physical frame - to be a successful quarterback over the next two years. He just needs the game experience and film to back up what you see in person for colleges to start jumping on board - and I believe they will sooner than later.

Braydon Rediger - Marvin Ridge - A 6'3 and 195-pound Class of 2025 prospect, Braydon showed some good things in relief of a 4-year starter at quarterback who went down to injury for some critical games in the middle of the season. Braydon made some very impressive throws in those games against strong teams, and his performance in this showcase backed up what he put on film. Excellent arm strength, moving well during the agility drills, and showing strong fundamentals during the individual period were things that made Braydon stand out as a top performer.

David Ecchevarria - Hickory Grove - The youngest of the top performers, the Class of 2028 prospect is going to be one to watch for sure. At 6'3 and 180 pounds, David has the talent and physical frame to become a very good player sooner then later. Good arm strength, consistent accuracy, and good fundamentals were the traits that were most impressive when looking at David's performance in this showcase. I will be excited to see how David performs going into his freshman year of high school being coached by Tad Baucom - who also coached Sam Howell, who ended up in the NFL.

[player_tooltip player_id='631305' first='Grayson' last='Harvey'] - Mountain Island - Grayson has consistently performed well at showcases I have attended, and this one was much more of the same. Grayson has a ton of college interest from multiple schools and should be receiving offers already in my honest opinion. Grayson once again showed excellent fundamentals, good ball placement on his throws, and developed a rhythm with a couple of receivers in one session - really hard to do in a showcase such as this. Grayson is 6'1 and 195 pounds and a Class of 2025 prospect with a 4.0 GPA. He has my endorsement as a player that can play college football, no doubt.
