Another linebacker that caught my eyes in Brookings hailed from the state of Iowa, which was 2026 linebacker and top 50 prospect Dylan Weisskopf Dylan Weisskopf 6'0" | 215 lbs | LB Williamsburg | 2026 State IA of Williamsburg. The 5’11 210 pounder, showed off a well-versed first step in watching his reps at South Dakota State as I could tell early that this young man attacks with physicality and extra pep in his step once he reaches to the point of attack. I could tell after playing DE mostly as a junior, that Dylan seemed to have more force in his hands getting off his blocks at a quicker rate of speed in what I watched a couple weeks back. Surprisely, Dylan only has just one NAIA offer thus far although I feel he is just getting started when it comes down to offers to play at the next-level.
