He went 17 of 24 with 2 touchdowns and he also accounted for 2 rushing touchdowns as well. He lead his team to a 37-14 victory over Morgan Park High School. Milivojevic has been impressive in the playoffs so far throwing 11 touchdowns and only 1 interception. That type of quarterback play can win a team a championship. St Francis will take on Nazareth Academy this week in the Semi-Finals.

The stand out St. Francis quarterback continues to impress week after week. Milivojevic did it once again on Saturday in a second round win over Sterling, combining for 5 touchdowns and throwing for 285 yards. He can make any throw on the field and shows incredible poise and arm strength from the pocket. Additionally, Milivojevic can extend plays with his legs and make some impressive throws on the run. The 6’3 senior has been arguably to top quarterback in the state this year, as the Spartans continue to race towards a state title.

He has been leading his team with monster performances week in, week out. He has thrown for 2,073 yards and 23 touchdowns on the season. Milivojevic will be one of the most efficient passer entering the playoffs next week with a 73% completion percentage and only 3 interceptions. Primed for a deep run, St Francis will be a difficult team to match up with for teams with 5A with such a weapon like Milivojevic at quarterback.

The star quarterback and Ball State commit has had quite the season through 8 weeks, placing 2nd in the state in passing yards. The 6’3, 215 lbs senior has elite accuracy, incredible touch, and showcases plus athleticism when scrambling or in the the quarterback run game. Milivojevic has a massive arm, as there is not a throw on the field that he can’t make. Whether it’s a level 1, 2, or 3 ball, Milivojevic has the arm strength, touch, and velocity to complete the throw. He has been perhaps the biggest reason for St. Francis’ success this year and will continue to put teams on notice in Week 9 and throughout the playoffs.

Milivojevic has been lights out for St. Francis this season. The Ball State commit has thrown for 1,300 yards and 12 touchdowns on the year, while only turning the ball over 3 times. Milivojevic throws a fantastic deep ball. He has a strong arm and his able to drop the ball over defenders and into the arms of his wide receiver. He is mobile and can accurately throw on the run with great touch and strong velocity. The 6’3 signal caller is turning heads each weekend, as the Spartans currently have a 3 and 2 record with close losses to Fenwick and Downers Grove North.

Milivojevic helped the Spartans to their first conference win of the season over St. Laurence. The St. Francis signal caller totaled 305 yards and 4 touchdowns, as the Spartan offense put 41 on the board. Milivojevic, who committed to Ball State University over the summer, showed off his patience and poise all night long. He has a strong arm and next level anticipation that allows him to throw receivers open. Milivojevic is impressive when throwing on the run, as he places the ball with elite accuracy. Milivojevic possesses all the tools, as the senior quarterback will continue to put up strong numbers before he heads off to the next level.

I had the pleasure of meeting a young Alessio Milivojevic Alessio Milivojevic 6'1" | 205 lbs | QB St. Francis | 2024 State IL at Marist High School in the southside of Chicago in the spring of 2021 at Tom Lemming’s annual photoshoot and even with the large contingent of Wheaton-St. Francis‘ athletes who made the trip there was notable buzz surrounding the then-freshman gunslinger. Milivojevic has been living up to the hype, and this fall he earned his first B1G offer as the Nebraska Cornhuskers reached out on October 20th. This added to his Ole Miss offer from the summer and Bowling Green State offer from the spring and through the regular season & a round of playoff competition the junior is showing a big arm that can flick the rock downfield with precision and ease and juice with his legs and his 6’2, 205 lb. frame. He’s been stretching the ball downfield all season and also displays the ability to throw on the run. Illinois’ 2024 class is loaded.
