transferred to Knox Webb this offseason and is poised to make a significant impact in 2026.
The junior edge rusher is a tall, long pass rusher. He stands 6-foot-5 and weighs 230 pounds with an 81-inch wingspan and 10-inch hands. He has the body to be a top-tier defensive lineman.
Nichols is athletic, uses his hands well, offers a good amount of bend, can get after the quarterback at a decent clip and has a high motor.

is an intriguing prospect. He has a nice frame at 6-foot-4 and space to fill out quite a bit of good weight. Nichols is explosive, quick, athletic and features solid bend, all qualities you want in an edge rusher.
He has a nice pass-rush repertoire and the twitchiness to get around offensive linemen. Nichols is a good tackler and somebody who can help in the run game. The sophomore needs to polish up his game, but with this build and athletic ability, he fits the perfect mold of an EDGE.
