Another sophomore QB to keep an eye on, Matson’s athleticism and effort in the drills caught attention. From jumping over 8″8″ in the broad jump to showing some good speed, running a 4.97 40-yard dash and a 4.75 in the shuttle, Matson made the most of his day in the showcase. He displayed a strong and accurate throwing arm when working with the receivers. His strength is in his ability to be mobile and will need to continue to develop throwing the ball. Sitting another year behind Jeter Worthley Jeter Worthley 6'0" | 175 lbs | QB Lincoln East | 2025 NE will do Matson wonders and by his senior year, he will garner serious interest at the next level.
