<p>Here is a look at five signal callers who had solid 2023 seasons and will head into the offseason hoping those numbers and winning seasons translate into college offers.</p>

<p><strong>[player_tooltip player_id='1112386' first='Dusty' last='Bannister']</strong>, QB, 6'1”, 189, Wellington, ‘25</p>

<p>Bannister had a breakout season for the Crusaders. During his junior season, his first as a full-time starter, he threw for 2,616 yards. In 11 games for Wellington, he threw for 25 touchdowns and rushed for five more. He runs an offense well and he takes care of the football.</p>

<p>Atchison had an incredible season that fell short of a state title, but Carter proved he can run an offense and should get looks from college programs. He threw for 2,112 yards in 11 games played and threw 21 touchdowns. In the running game, Carter rushed for 591 yards and eight touchdowns. He made great strides in his performance from his junior to senior seasons.</p>

<p>McGraw had an impressive senior season for the Chieftains. He threw for 2,104 yards on a team that had a stellar run game. He threw for 21 touchdowns and rushed for one. He has a quick release and is a very smart player.</p>

<p>Vandonge's numbers were impressive, but even more impressive was how he led a team that was barraged with injuries. He threw for 2,209 yards in 11 games played and threw for 17 touchdowns. He can help out in the run game as he rushed for 218 yards and two scores.</p>

<p>The Rose Hill Rockets' offense was guided by [player_tooltip player_id='1112059' first='Connor' last='Wallis']. He threw for 1,875 yards and 14 touchdowns in 10 games played. He also scored three times on the ground. Wallis has a big arm and can throw a deep ball. He also played cornerback for Wellington.</p>
