Austin Clemons - Bryan County

A natural back with big-play ability, Clemons is a strong, powerful runner who can run through just about any defense in the area. One of the better backs in the Savannah area this season, Clemons has good size at 6-foot-0 205-pounds with toughness and excellent lower body leg strength. He's been tough to bring down all season long and has the numbers to back it up. Clemons has rushed for 1,102 yards through his first seven games for an average of 157 yards per game along with an impressive 7.6 cards per carry average. He's a big-game player who has rushed for at least 110 yards in every game this year. He's rushed for at least 140 yards in five games this season while rushing for 12 touchdowns, at least one in every game.

Trey Brenton - Thomas County Central

A big, physical running back who does a great job of fighting through defenders, Brenton is a tackle-breaking machine at 5-foot-11 200-pounds who can catch the ball out of the backfield as well. He has his team undefeated right now and his play carrying the ball is a big reason why. Brenton has rushed for a touchdown in every game so far this season. He's a solid runner who fights for tough yards and consistently falls forward. He's a guy a team can lean on, and he's had a massive senior season so far. He's rushed for over 100 yards in four games this fall and rushed for 684 total yards while scoring 12 touchdowns. Look for him to help lead the Jackets to a big playoff run next month.

Damion Moate - Tift County

A breakout running back down in South Georgia, Moate is a tough, physical back with some wiggle. He shows good vision and hits the hole hard at 5-foot-9 190-pounds. He shows good burst and can get yards after first contact. A good student in the classroom, Moate is also a willing blocker in pass protection. He plays with the South Georgia toughness you hear about and is piling up yards left and right on the stat sheet. He's rushed for over 100 yards in his last four games with his biggest game coming against Northside where he took off for 130 yards and three touchdowns. It's been a rough year so far for Tift County, but Moate has been a bright spot on offense. Look for him to continue carrying the load for the final few games of the regular season.
