He displays numerous traits that explain how he is having a solid individual season. The first thing you notice on his tape is his speed. He has the ability to simply run past defenders and make himself open. The next thing you notice is his agility and quickness. He’s twitchy and can put opposing defensive backs on their heels when making cuts. Most importantly, Cook is a sure-handed receiver. Throw it to him and he’ll catch it.
