Colton is a 3-star tight end committed to Ole Miss; he chose the Rebels over Tennessee, Alabama, and Indiana. Colton has an extremely impressive 50-plus total offers. In addition to being one of the nation's top tight ends, he also plays linebacker for Upperman. He is very strong, athletic, and has great value as a blocker. I see him being an early contributor at Ole Miss as a blocker; his route running and usage as a receiving threat will need work. Upperman plays at home Friday night against Livingston Academy.

Parker is an offensive lineman who is committed to Mercer. He chose Mercer over Air Force, Army, and Bowling Green, along with his other 17 total offers. His hand power immediately stands out; his initial punch is devastating to a defensive lineman, causing him to win reps early. Parker is a very good mover for a guy his size; he runs a reported 5-second 40-yard dash. Along with his hand power and athletic ability, he can bench 405 pounds, squat 510 pounds, and on top of all that, he has allowed zero sacks all season thus far. Stone Memorial plays at home Friday night versus Macon County.

Jeremy is a talented athlete who is committed to Jacksonville State. As well as playing receiver, he plays cornerback for Ravenwood. One of his best traits is ball tracking; this goes for both sides of the ball. He reads and reacts quickly and makes adjustments to find the ball and make a play. I love his play style and aggressiveness; he is not scared of contact and plays hard on every play. I would not be surprised if he is someone who can play both ways for Jacksonville State. Ravenwood travels to play Independence on Friday night; watch out for him.

Matthew is a true 6'6 at quarterback; he towers over everyone on the field. One of my favorite players in the state, coming off a win where he threw the ball 48 times for over 350 yards and three total touchdowns. He's coming into week seven very hot and ready for Ravenwood on Friday night. He is committed to Murray State, and I fully expect him to be an early contributor. True arm talent with good accuracy on all levels of the field. An area of his game that needs improvement is progressing through his reads; there are too many times when he knows where he is going with the football before he even throws it. This will lead to picks in college if not improved upon. For durability concerns, Horner will need to gain at least 10 to 15 pounds. Watch out for a pass-heavy game against Ravenwood.

K'Saun transferred to Gallatin for his senior season, previously playing at Davidson Academy. The defensive back / wide receiver has an offer from Bowling Green. His reported 4.50-second 40-yard dash time is legit; this kid is fast. Has solid footwork while pressed up on, wins the route, and effectively tracks the ball to make a play. Gallatin travels to MT Juliet on Thursday night, trying to move to 6-0 on the season.
