[player_tooltip player_id='2080566' first='Samuel' last='Barlay Jr'].- Towson University

Barlay picked up I believe his second division 1 offer with Towson University yesterday which could be a great fit for the playmaker. He is having a great senior season and along with his teammate below has the Red Wolves in prime position for a top seed in the playoffs.

[player_tooltip player_id='734893' first='Warren' last='Freeman III']- Newberry College, University of Cumberlands

Quack is on pace for 30 touchdowns as his wraps up what has been an outstanding career for Gar Field. I still don't understand how he doesn't have more offers but Newberry College and University of Cumberlands appears to be his latest. He is a power 4 running back and you cannot tell me otherwise.

[player_tooltip player_id='2336370' first='Mason' last='Hill']- Penn State

Independence stud tight end has picked up his second FBS offers this one comes from Penn State which is known for producing top end talent for this position.

[player_tooltip player_id='2053740' first='James' last='Shaw']- Stonybrook

I tweeted about this last night but it has to be mentioned again, [player_tooltip player_id='2053740' first='James' last='Shaw'] is having an state type of season for Woodbridge. Stonybrook I believe was the first division 1 school to over Shaw but expect more to follow shortly.

[player_tooltip player_id='2164987' first='Noah' last='Manning']- Penn State

Manning is technically a Maryland prospect but I wanted to include him anyhow as he has been crushing it for St Johns College. Noah was a top performer at both of our showcases this past Spring in particular that national one we hosted for all the top 2030/31 prospects.

[player_tooltip player_id='1199700' first='Mason' last='Clifford']- Hampton University

One of the best long snappers I can remember, Clifford received his first Division 1 offer from Hampton University late last week. His snaps were perfect Saturday night against St Francis, in a tight contest like that one, you need your special teams to be on point and Clifford delivered.
