Central Kentucky Standouts: Week 7

This past weekend, Emongo scored three touchdowns on six carries, totaling 112 yards. He also added a single reception for 35 yards and another touchdown—all four TDs came in the first half. That's good for 1,200 yards and 23 touchdowns in 17 quarters this season. When he's on the field, Emongo is incredibly explosive and can easily turn on the jets anywhere. He's followed that up with a strong junior season at Franklin County. Barrett has thrown for 1,548 yards and 12 touchdowns this season. This past Friday, he completed 18 of 29 (62%) passes for 319 yards and a touchdown. He added 49 yards and another touchdown on the ground. Barrett shows poise in the pocket and can stand tall and step into his throw under pressure. An athletic, multi-sport athlete for the Eagles, Brock provides good length and agility out wide. His height (and basketball experience) makes him a fantastic option in contested catch situations. Brock catches a lot of balls along the sideline and has shown great awareness of the sideline and down-and-distance. Jones has been highly productive this season, logging 732 rushing yards and 12 touchdowns on the ground, and remains a key piece of the Colts' 7-0 start on both sides of the ball. One came on a 78-yard 4th-down catch, helping the Knights secure a 49-point shutout win. Coming into the matchup, Harper was already the Knights' leading receiver with 13 receptions for 405 yards (31.2 ypr) and four touchdowns. Harper's speed helps him most out wide, and his sure hands help him haul in the ball in stride before letting his feet do the rest. </p> <!-- /wp:paragraph --> <!-- /wp:acf/evaluation-block -->
