Now, let's look at some risers, starting with five quarterbacks who moved up.

Which QBs Rose in the Rankings?

Stillwell has bounced around schools, and to be honest, he got lost in the shuffle of our last update. But he popped up on a strong Stuart Cramer team. Cramer doesn't need him to be a hero, and yet the coaching staff is letting him air it out. That's a big green flag, as is the production that has come with it. Stillwell has thrown for 18 touchdowns and just one pick. He's growing, too, which checks yet another box.

We've seen Morales throw in multiple camp settings, but this is his first year as a true, established starter, and he's playing even better than I expected. Most impressively, he's kept his interception numbers low while remaining the same gunslinger who loves to take risks and can throw from unique arm slots.

Coley isn't the biggest guy, and that scared me a bit when I ranked him before the season. But now that we've had a half season to evaluate him, it's clear we ranked him too low a couple of months ago. That's led to a correction this update, as his 17-to-8 touchdown-to-interception ratio (and his film) have impressed us. Dwight has been on our radar for a while after playing well while splitting playing time last year at Marvin Ridge. The move to South Meck has been great for his development and his immediate production. So far in 2026, he's thrown for nearly 1,000 yards. Though his volume isn't that high, he looks more comfortable and quicker to make decisions. We're excited about his potential, though I'd like to see him push the ball down the field a bit more.

Evaluations are normally subscriber-only but when an athlete subscribes, theirs becomes free for all readers. Subscribing doesn't change who the Scout covers, it changes who gets to see it.
