A recruitable defensive prospect who should have options as his senior season unfolds.</li> </ul>   <ul class="wp-block-list"> <li>50-second tape against Father Judge up on Hudl. Consistent source of pressure all day. Attacked off the edge with his hand off the dirt primarily, one pressure specifically caused an interception. Disciplined, witnessed Abdul-Haqq not screaming down the line when left unblocked, he wants to set the edge against the run and pinch. Beat blockers inside on several occasions, better size than expected. Still unoffered, but there is legitimate upside here and his ranking could climb considerably as his game develops.</li> </ul>   <ul class="wp-block-list"> <li>Posted a minutes worth of tape post-Audenried Charter game. Fantastic first impression made. Nearly every rep on tape has Frazier, while stationed at left tackle, engaged with a defender nearly 5-10 yards off the ball. He's not dawdling, he's engaged and driving back DL/LBs toward the sideline as well as into the second level. I'll pump the breaks on getting too excited strictly due to competition level, yet I have a feeling his future tape will be littered with reps like these. I see his nimble body moving as expected, I see great hand shots and placement. If Frazier can replicate this type of production at 275/280 pounds, he'll solidify his potential FBS-grade in my eyes. He's trending toward that direction.</li> </ul>     <ul class="wp-block-list"> <li>West York Area High School (PA) 2027 LB/ATH who stands 6'1, 190 pounds with a 3.3 GPA. Already holds an offer from Wilkes, giving him an early next level opportunity, though I still think he's capable of more opportunities.</li> </ul>   <ul class="wp-block-list"> <li>Love the transition to OLB, currently ranked as a back, that change will be reflected soon. Naturally recognizes passing concepts in front of him while in space, likely due to his comfort and understanding of offensive schemes. Thumper, backs felt him this past weekend, his closing speed once he seeks out the ball makes me feel like he could be a better backer than back, good on the West York coaching staff for uncovering this. Can play outside of the box, is often too much for WRs/TEs to contain, too swift laterally, so succeeding along the boundary with this kid aligned strong-side will be a tough ask. Will update his ranking in a few weeks time. No verified measurables available yet, but a Power Four offer this early makes him one of the more compelling young prospects on the board and warrants a significant rankings boost.</li> </ul>   <ul class="wp-block-list"> <li>First tape of his Chester career goes for nearly two-minutes. Starts off with a fantastic kick return for a score, a runback in which Williams makes 3-4 Strath Haven players fail at bringing him down. Unsure about his measurables, but he doesn't look like a small back by any means, impressed by his size and stride combination. Ran comfortably out of Gun Off-Tackle sets. Kid might be a burner based on his outside zone touchdown run, would love to see if he's going to run track based on his second rep alone. No BS, sometimes you see a freshman back try to do too much, Williams looks to have an advanced sense of awareness for rushing lanes, he's all business. The third rep on tape proves why Chester might have a serious prospect on their hands. Speed AND toughness, at this age, this isn't common. I'll make a case to see this young man up close within the next two weeks, per request of a few coaches I'm close with. </li> </ul>     <ul class="wp-block-list"> <li>Already ranks well on our board, this 2028 quarterback out of Roman Catholic (PA) remains unoffered despite emerging as one of the more intriguing young passers in the area. There is enough here to keep him firmly on the radar with room to climb as his profile develops.</li> </ul>   <ul class="wp-block-list"> <li>The new starting quarterback for Roman Catholic, first big test didn't wait to appear on schedule, Hawkins first tape, 1:34 mins long, came against St. John Bosco this past weekend. Hawkins' improvisational skills were immediately on display, can't really say I was surprised to see Hawkins navigate pressure as well as he did, it's a part of his game/allure. Love this young man's confidence, both in the offensive scheme, his teammates, and himself. Willing to stay in the pocket with pressure through A-B gaps and still deliver strikes behind vacating defenders. This poise in the red-zone and while under-duress is going to take him places. An outstanding operator of the Roman offense, who is going to surprise others not in the know. Roman isn't asking Hawkins to operate an easy offense, so much of it looks timing/anticipation based, this should be tough on a "new" starting passer, doesn't look to be the case. Kudos to those developing this young man behind the scenes. Roman went down to Bosco, yet I came away impressed with Hawkins, more than anyone else. Still unoffered, but there is enough upside in his game to potentially make the jump from watch list status into the rankings with another strong evaluation.</li> </ul>   <ul class="wp-block-list"> <li>Excited to finally have some tangible tape to evaluate out of Penn Hills 2029 Jaysen Booker. First tape has his production against Franklin Regional. 54 seconds worth of tape. First rep on tape is a beauty. A 35-40 yard uncorking of a ball for what ended up being a 60+ yard touchdown pass. When I see a underclassmen passer of his stature, my immediate thought is "Can he stretch the field?". Booker answered my question. Heavy hitch and a clean pocket, but he's capable of demanding DB respect downfield. Same for his second rep, except this time, Booker is hitting a huge play downfield while getting hit. These are the type of reps that separate him from the pack. I'd argue he put this rep first on his tape, says a lot more about his potential than his first one. Completed a corner route while rolling to his right, another high level of difficulty throw for a relatively new passer. Exciting stuff, great start.</li> </ul>     <ul class="wp-block-list"> <li>St. Joseph's Prep (PA) 2028 QB who also plays catcher and outfield in baseball, standing 6'0, 180 pounds. I've seen him in person and there are pieces to like, but playing behind established talent has made his recruiting projection difficult to pin down. Still unoffered and remains a wait and see evaluation for me.</li> </ul>   <ul class="wp-block-list"> <li>I'll save a pure evaluation for another date, as Holden's most recent tape was against Salesianum without all defensive starts in a scrimmage I attended in person. This is a kid I'm fond of, I know he has potential to unlock, so I'll wait for more tape to properly eval. Runs a 4.55 40 and carries a 3.64 GPA. Still unoffered, but the production and versatility make him a senior worth college attention.</li> </ul>   <ul class="wp-block-list"> <li>Senior with a Division II grade. A tank of a back who is already back to displaying his toughness. First rep on his tape has Giangiulio showing solid burst off the edge and delivering a blow to a DB instead of vice versa. This is his game, a tank of a back who is tough to get down if given space to build momentum. Hurt a bit, yet not hurt enough to take on goal line carries to plunge into the endzone. Involved in the screen game during week one, love to see his versatility on display. I'll likely be at PW's game against Kennett this Saturday, would love to see him in action in person. </li> </ul>     <ul class="wp-block-list"> <li>Northeast High School (PA) 2027 WR with a solid 6'1, 190-pound frame. Currently unoffered, but his next level projection remains uncertain and I'll need to see more before moving him beyond that range.</li> </ul>   <ul class="wp-block-list"> <li>Saw him in person this past weekend. Interested in if his role expands as Northeast begins to throw the ball more often. Had a great catch down the seam late against Downingtown, saw a few great releases but have to wait for more production to provide a serious evaluation. Still unoffered, but brings a profile worth regional college programs taking a closer look at this fall.</li> </ul>   <ul class="wp-block-list"> <li>Still waiting for game one tape, very interested in seeing if he's outplaying his ranking, something I think he's very much capable of. Will wait until more reps are released on Hudl to potentially move him up our board. </li> </ul>     <ul class="wp-block-list"> <li>Central Bucks West (PA) 2027 OLB/EDGE standing 6'3, 185 pounds with a 4.0 GPA. Already holds a Division III offer, and while I have him in this range right now, he feels like a prospect I could be underselling with the current grade.</li> </ul>   <ul class="wp-block-list"> <li>Only has his sack against Easton Area up on tape right now, hell of a rep regardless. Want to see more, yet it's great to see Zadroga moving off the edge with such speed. Body looks the best it ever has from what I can tell. Still unoffered, but I see enough in the profile to believe he could play his way into the rankings and generate some college interest this fall.</li> </ul>   <ul class="wp-block-list"> <li>Had the luxury of watching Tomlin work directly in front of me, further reinforcing his solid week one tape. Tomlin was previously ranked well, yet put back on our watch list this past March due to a lack of tape. I'm completely aware at how seasoned Tomlin is, it showed against a serious rushing attack deployed by Central Bucks South. Wood and Tomlin were tasked with slowing down one of the best backs in Pennsylvania, Tomlin bringing [player_tooltip player_id='1624009' first='Gavin' last='Graham'] down more than 10+ times. Consistent plugger who either filled gaps for his teammtes to come clean up, or create TFLs and run stuffs on his own. Looks as filled out as he ever has now that he's a senior. Relentless motor, the best motor of any other defender mentioned in this list. Another week of production like this and he could see a weekly bump just like Wiberley and Webb. I'll be seeing him again this coming weekend. </li> </ul>     <ul class="wp-block-list"> <li>Up 15 pounds since his last profile update, this Montour (PA) 2028 MLB is now listed at 6'0, 215 pounds. Currently unoffered and on our watch list, but the added size makes him a more interesting evaluation heading into the season.</li> </ul>   <ul class="wp-block-list"> <li>Registered a 50-yard pick-six from his linebacker position. Landed on our watch list due to a lack of tape at time of re-ranking. Recorded a win against an upgraded Moon Area program, his production and imprint on the game could have directly resulted in a Montour win. Terrific momentum builder, Liddell doesn't need a ton of open space to gather up speed to crash through the B-C gaps. Had a few fantastic blitzes that caused incompletions and/or pressures. A backer who absolutley needs to be added to our rankings, based on his Moon tape alone. Great read and reactor, looks like a seasoned senior the way he navigates traffic and reacts to blocker movement. Comfortable in the box pre-snap, comfortable dropping into curl zones. An easy candidate for Division II football out West if he can build on this foundation. Picked off a tipped ball, great awareness. Currently unranked and unoffered, but I'll get my first live evaluation this weekend and should have a much clearer idea of where he belongs afterward.</li> </ul>   <ul class="wp-block-list"> <li>A 2030 who might be on Germantown Academy's B-Team, as his reps on his most recent Twitter post have him beside refs with shorts. Could also just be a scrimmage, which I still can't properly evaluate of off. I'll give Miller time to grow as a prospect and build up substantial tape before expressing how I feel about him the prospect. Good to learn of him now, rather than later. </li> </ul>     <ul class="wp-block-list"> <li>Already carrying a Syracuse offer, this 6'3, 188-pound 2028 WR/QB/DB out of William Penn (PA) pairs legitimate size with a 3.8 GPA. One of the higher upside young prospects on the board with the potential to develop into an elite level recruit.</li> </ul>   <ul class="wp-block-list"> <li>Tape against Harrisburg is up on Hudl, is about a minutes worth of production. Currently ranks as on of the best WR/ATHs among all Pennsylvania 2028s. Performance proves he's worthy of more FBS offers IMO. Third rep on tape has Matte stationed in the slot, you can see him epxand his stride and completely burn his defender for a score, an exciting rep that should have FBS schools drooling. The other reps on tape are equally impressive. Not every rep has to go for a score to convey whether or not a prospect is special. See Matte work the boundary and having soft hands, seeing Matte sit in zones and wait on curls, all of this proves he has a deeper route tree than previously expected. Can catch away from his body, great awareness, can align away from the boundary when asked.
