Now he's a junior and still putting up numbers. He measures in at 6'0 160-pounds playing QB. He went 11/13 for 240 yards, 84.6% completion rate, 1 TD, 1 INT, 23 carries for 135 yards and 1 touchdown. Lucas has good athletic ability due to very good balance, acceleration, good speed, and change of direction. His dual threat ability was on full display. As a QB, he demonstrates a smooth release with good throw power. Does a good job standing tall in the pocket going through his progressions. If no one's open, he'll use his very good scramble ability to attack the defense on the ground. Lucas displays very good throw on the run and good ball placement skills. Keep an eye out for his QB.

Crisler had himself a game against La Cueva. The 5'10 150-pound WR/DB had 7 receptions for 100 yards, 8 total tackles (4 solo, 4 assisted), 1 TFL, with 2 INT. Crisler has good athletic ability due to very good acceleration, speed, good change of direction, and jumping. Very good release at the line of scrimmage. He has smooth cuts into his route. Crisler is consistently finding ways to get open. Very good separation quickness. Uses his athleticism to get open, fights through contact, or he will sit in an open void for an easy completion. Crisler demonstrates very good ball tracking and catching skills. Very good ball adjustment and body control on his INTs. As a DB, he's physical. Gets grimy in run support with good get off and block shedding. Great coverage skills, locking down the passing game. Staying stride for stride with receivers and plucking the ball from in front of their faces. Exciting two-way player deserving more looks.

Schwartz is bursting onto the scene. The 5'8 160-pound RB had 15 carries for 112 yards with 2 touchdowns including 2 receptions for 16 yards. Schwartz has very good athletic ability due to his very good acceleration, speed, good change of direction, and balance. His very good vision was on full display. Pivots and slides into the open hole with ease. He consistently weaved through the defense making defenders miss or bounce off them. Very good inside and outside running. Schwartz has the ability to turn the corner and use his homerun speed to blaze past defenders. Schwartz is an elusive back that thrives out in space. Keep an eye on this back from Heritage as we continue through the season.

Geworsky measures in at 5'9 165-pound accounting for a massive game for Longmont. He had 3 receptions for 168 yards with 2 touchdowns, his longest reception being 78 yards. Geworsky displays good athletic ability due to very good acceleration, speed, good change of direction, and jumping. Explosive release at the line of scrimmage quickly creating separation at the point of attack. Geworsky uses his athletic ability to gain separation. He will fight through contact as well achieving good separation quickness. Geworsky's has good ball tracking and catching. Plucks the ball out of the air, and uses his very good ball adjustment and body control to come down with the catch. Geworsky used his home run speed to blaze past defenders after the catch all game long. Great game.

Thomas measures in at 6'1 210-pounds. He had 23 carries for 242 yards with 2 touchdowns, 8 total tackles (6 solo, 2 assisted), 1 TFL, 1 sack, and 1 FR. Thomas has good athletic ability due to very good acceleration, balance, good change of direction, and speed. Demonstrates good vision. When one gap is covered, he'll pivot into an open gash and hurt the defense with a big gain. Thomas has very good inside running and good outside running. Picks, slides, and accelerates into the open hole following his OL in short yardage situations to convert. Thomas thrived with getting yards after contact. Between using his contact balance to bounce off defenders, strength to shrug defenders and stiff arm, he was a bowling ball. On the defensive side, he demonstrates good read and reaction speed with very good tackling. Looking forward to watching this young man continue to improve over the season!
