Breaking Down New Additions in the Class of 2029 Rankings

<!-- wp:paragraph --> <p>At the end of August, Prep Redzone released our very early Class of 2029 rankings as the season kicked off. Over the coming weeks, we will be breaking down tape of each of the players ranked so far.</p> <!-- /wp:paragraph --> <!-- wp:paragraph --> <p>Keep in mind these rankings are very fluid, especially to kick off this season. The 6-foot-1, 183-pound inside linebacker is stout against the run, wrapping up ballcarriers and hitting at the point of contact. Sibert takes good pursuit angles and plays under control, flashing ability to square up without over-pursuing. Knowles has a good release and is very good at rolling out and throwing on the move. At 6-foot-3, 190 pounds, Coffey has prototypical size already as a sophomore. Coffey is a bit of a do-it-all; he plays tight end on offense, where he flashes good hands, he has taken direct snaps to the house and flashes good breakaway speed for his size. Good pass catcher. We think his college fit is likely at linebacker, where he is quick to get downhill, run and hit especially v. He likely is a defensive end or guard at the next level given his size and frame. Hathaway has good foot speed to mirror edge rushers, has good use-of-hands and has active feet.
