He is a fast and explosive player off the ball that can stretch the field and win on contested catches while showing he can track and has strong hands in traffic across the middle. Boselli also does a nice job stacking his routes, getting into the defenders blind spots and is a versatile route runner that plays big and is physical at the POA. He has been on a tear this entire season and Friday night was another strong showing as he went for 120 yard receiving and 2 scores and is one of the regions very best.

Lagios made the transfer over to Monte Vista this spring and has been one of the more active throwers across the NCS to start the year. He is a big athlete that can run around and make plays with his legs, has a huge arm downfield and can spread the ball around with a quick twitched release and velocity over the top. Lagios was efficient and had some big passes in week 5 and ended the night with throwing for nearly 300 yards and doing some damage with his legs as well.

Cantrell is near the top of the passing yard leaders across the north coast section through 5 weeks of play and has Northgate on a roll as they are one of the top teams in the section this fall. He has terrific mechanics and a quick release with a live arm and accuracy downfield and has really taken a step in the right direction as a junior coming off a already good second year campaign in 2025. As he has done for several weeks now, he erupted on Friday night and threw for 260 yards and 4 touchdowns in a very nice 56-14 win over college park.

Durrett is a newcomer this season in his Junior year for one of the best small school teams in the state and should be drawing plenty of next level attention this off-season after a productive junior season for the Gators. He is a sneaky dual threat passer that can buy time in the pocket, throws on the run and is comfortable tossing across the middle or on outbreaking routes on time and where his guys can catch it. Durrett had a nice showing this week and threw for 303 yards and 4 scores and completed over 90% of his passes in the contest.

Monroe has exploded onto the scene this year and is perhaps the top rusher in the entire CCS heading through the midway point of the season. He is a balanced back that checks all the boxes from a running and receiving perspective and is a explosive runner in the open field with third level speed and looks for contact in the hole with patient vision and reads blocks well. He erupted for 200+ yards and 3 rushing scores on Friday night and was unstoppable through out the game. Look for Monroe to do more of the same as the season progresses and be well over the 1,000 yard rushing marker sooner rather than later.
