Runkle is one of the top passers across San Diego and is a true dual-threat signal caller that can damage with his legs in the open field and on designed runs. He gets the ball out quick with a fast release and shows proper ball placement across the middle of the field with good touch and spin over the top on deep throws. He has a good pocket presence while able to evade pressure and step up to deliver downfield and has good wiggle in the open field with some downfield speed and big play ability on the ground. He is a very smart passer that can move defenders with his eyes and goes through his progressions quickly while throwing his receivers open and is seemingly comfortable outside the hashes and can throw from various arm angles. Accounting for over 30 touchdowns in 2,500 passing yards last year, he is poised for a monster Senior season.

Miller-Thompson is one of the better and more dynamic playmakers across San Diego and should have a monster senior season for Granite Hills. He's explosive off the ball, can create separation downfield and has elite tracking abilities and ball skills in traffic. He shows he can get into defenders blind spots before breaking off routes and can make tacklers miss in space with short area agility and a open field burst. He can play in the slot or on the outside and is a mismatch nightmare anywhere on the field and has a very diverse skill set and should fit well at the FCS/FBS plus level in college.

Routh is a long and rangy edge prospect with tons of raw talent and pass rush abilities around the corner. He bends well for his size, explodes out of his stance and has a diverse pass rush skillset and can win with both speed and power around the corner. He does a good job using his length to lockout blockers and hold the edge while showing he can play flat down the line backside and squeeze on pulling guards and bigger blockers. He's a high motor kid is always around the ball and has tons of upside due to his frame at the next level and will only continue to pack on more weight and improve the run game.

Barnett is one of the top 2028 prospects across San Diego and is a no-brainer to enter into our rankings in the next update. He's a highly instinctual player that flys around and is always around the ball and is a excellent open field tackler that triggers quickly and packs a punch at the point of attack. He has a good feel for the middle of the field while able to bait quarterbacks into poor throws over the top and shows he can bump and run with vertical threats and plays with disciplined eyes and recovery speed if beat inside. Only going into his Junior season, he should have a very productive final two years of the prep level is a key name to know across the region.
