Offensive Linemen Ranked in the Class of 2028

<!-- wp:paragraph --> <p>We recently published our updated&nbsp;<a href="https://prepredzone.com/virginia/rankings/2028-watch-list/" target="_blank" rel="noreferrer noopener"><strong>Class of 2028</strong></a>&nbsp;Player Rankings for Prep Redzone Virginia. This update brought our total ranked players to 290 prospects with another 169 on our Watch List.</p> <!-- /wp:paragraph --> <!-- wp:paragraph --> <p>Today, I am bringing you notes on ranked offensive linemen from the class of 2028. Some are receiving their first article from us, and other's we haven't covered in a bit and want to update our thoughts on the player. Overall, this is an impressive OL class when it comes to height. He has a large frame built to be an Interior Offensive Lineman at the next level. He can play both Center and Guard which will help his recruitment. He is Hermitage's Right Tackle, and he wins with strength and power. A high motor player, he blocks through the whistle and shows he can operate on the first and second level of the defense in blocking schemes. To me, I see him moving inside to Guard at the next level. He has very good size at 6'4" with a large frame with room to add mass. He excels in Gap blocking where he can take the defender 1v1 and move him. Room to improve his footwork and quickness in Zone schemes to cross and turn the defender. He is solid at Pass Protection, staying balanced and keeping defenders out of his chest. Improving his bend/flexibility will take his game to the next level. Expect him to be a contributor this fall for St. Anne's on the offensive and defensive line rotations. There is only one game tape from last fall on his Hudl, but he has added some camp work this summer that shows promise.
