The 2030 wide receiver class has already produced a deep and talented group of players. Today I take a look at 5 players who have already flashed big time play making potential. The common thread through this group is the ability to create easy separation. As they start to play up at the high school level, they will have the opportunity to continue to develop and hone their skills against competition that they won't physically dominate. That will present the ability to expedite growth. Let's take a look at this young and dynamic group.

Thomas is a player that we've known about since early on in his 8th football season. His combination of length, speed, and athleticism made him a dominant player amongst his peers. He creates easy separation with his speed. He has natural hands and with his jumping ability he's makes for an easy 50/50 target. Quite simply at this point he's just bigger, faster, and stronger than other players his age. I'm excited to see what he can do this fall against more developed and more experienced competition.

Woods (pictured above) is a stellar athlete that attends Mount Vernon High School. He already possesses an impressive frame for an incoming freshman. Emanuel really could easily play either side of the ball, and frankly it's too early and unnecessary to determine what side will fit him best. Because of his explosiveness and fluid route running, I like his upside a little more on the offensive side of the ball right now.

Brunson is already one of the fastest and most explosive players in the country as he's shown on the track. Brunson has run a 10.86 100-meter dash and long jumped over 22 feet. These are elite metrics for speed and explosiveness at his age. He's sudden and explosive in the open field. Cameron is a dynamic player with the ball in his hands.

Troy is another player who fits either side of the ball because his athleticism. I like Yharbrough's combination of size and athleticism is a tough cover to deal with for opposing defenses. Yharbough has fluid hips and is a smooth route runner. With his size and length, he is able to outmaneuver defenders and win contested catches.

Javier an explosive slot receiver for the St. Francis DeSales Stallions. He gets great releases off of the line of scrimmage and creates great small-window separation. He has fantastic hands and body control. I really like his ability to play and catch through contact. Watching him in traffic it's like the game slows down for him. He's a guy who's will be able to consistently provide an open high efficiency that will move his offensive moving the ball.
