2028 Pre-Season All-State Team

The 2026 Kansas high school football season kicks off on September 4th. We are excited to present the 30 esteemed members of our Class of 2028 preseason All-State team. We expect these prospects to either continue their path of dominance or break out in a major way. These seniors either have the production, physical tools, and factors to play at the next level.

Offense:

QB: [player_tooltip player_id='2101915' first='Izrael' last='Telles'] (Salina South)

QB: [player_tooltip player_id='1083571' first='Braxton' last='Wagner'] (Blue Valley Northwest)

QB: [player_tooltip player_id='2078662' first='Michael' last='Dunn'] (Blue Valley Southwest)

RB: [player_tooltip player_id='2179170' first='Bodhi' last='Shay'] (Paola)

RB: [player_tooltip player_id='1921500' first='Justus' last='Sprague'] (Olathe South)

RB: [player_tooltip player_id='1620511' first='Keelyn' last='Duncan'] (Eudora)

WR: [player_tooltip player_id='1083570' first='Baron' last='Marshall'] (Blue Valley Northwest)

WR: [player_tooltip player_id='1638196' first='Larry' last='Jeremiah'] (Hutchinson)

WR: [player_tooltip player_id='1433331' first='Spencer' last='Crumrine'] (Valley Center)

TE: [player_tooltip player_id='1638191' first='Chyler' last='Walker'] (Derby)

OL: [player_tooltip player_id='1215772' first='Cannon' last='Zubeck'] (Shawnee Mission East)

OL: [player_tooltip player_id='1777762' first='Reece' last='Wilmes'] (Lawrence Free State)

OL: [player_tooltip player_id='1637868' first='Thomas' last='Inkelaar'] (Andover Central)

OL: [player_tooltip player_id='1590414' first='Derek' last='Leggett'] (Maize)

OL: [player_tooltip player_id='2343295' first='Knox' last='DeBaun'] (Blue Valley North)

Defense:

DE: [player_tooltip player_id='1655189' first='Remington' last='Merlau'] (Rose Hill)

DE: [player_tooltip player_id='2342027' first='LeRoi' last='Kamtio'] (Gardner-Edgerton)

DE: [player_tooltip player_id='2081872' first='Daniel' last='Savenok'] (Christ Prep)

DE: [player_tooltip player_id='2101266' first='Jaylen' last='Johnson'] (Bishop Miege)

DT: [player_tooltip player_id='1471297' first='Kross' last='Kemmerer'] (Beloit)

LB: [player_tooltip player_id='1599229' first='Dallas' last='Gray'] (Wichita Northwest)

LB: [player_tooltip player_id='1629811' first='Taylen' last='Washington'] (Derby)

LB: [player_tooltip player_id='2065032' first='McCoy' last='Martin'] (Basehor-Linwood)

LB: [player_tooltip player_id='1667372' first='Brody' last='Hopper'] (Derby)

LB: [player_tooltip player_id='1907001' first='Landry' last='Fitzgerald'] (Liberal)

DB: [player_tooltip player_id='205592' first='Cameron' last='Akins'] (Blue Valley North)

DB: [player_tooltip player_id='1433319' first='Cooper' last='Cranston'] (Holcomb)

DB: [player_tooltip player_id='1804106' first='Braylon' last='Reed'] (Derby)

DB: [player_tooltip player_id='1591888' first='Payton' last='Thoman'] (Shawnee Mission Northwest)

DB: [player_tooltip player_id='1615604' first='Tavion' last='Richardson'] (Mulvane)
