Valley View 2026 Team Preview

The 2026 version of the Blazers has the opportunity to have another deep playoff run. Valley View has the pieces in place to challenge for a possible state championship should the matchups work out in the playoffs. Wallace is a patient running back who allows the rushing lanes to develop before exploding through the hole. He excels at breaking tackles and can carry the ball between the tackles or cut the run down the sideline. Wallace earned all-state honors last season and is looking to have an even bigger impact this season. Hyneman threw for 1,250 yards and tacked on almost 400 yards on the ground in a season. Hyneman knows when to pull the ball down and use his legs to pick up yards on the ground. He is accurate with the football and puts the ball into tight windows. Hyneman earned all-conference honors last season and has the potential for an even bigger this season. Findley has no problem moving up to help defend against the run. Meanwhile, he has the speed needed to defend against the pass. He will separate the ball from the ball carrier. Last season, Findley earned all-conference honors, and the chances are good he repeats that feat this season. He is a threat to score from anywhere on the field.
